CULTURED's Guide to the 10 Wildest Hamptons Wellness Treatments
CULTURED magazine has unveiled its guide to the premier wellness experts in the Hamptons for the summer of 2026, highlighting ten practitioners. Among them are Cassandra Bliss, a mystic aesthetician based on Shelter Island who provides PEMF treatments; Carly Horvath, a holistic facialist in Amagansett focusing on lymphatic drainage; and Ivan Pol from the Beauty Sandwich at Shou Sugi Ban House, available until September 8. Other featured specialists include Gabrielle Mancino of Face by GM in Sag Harbor, who offers Cellstory Liquid Microneedling; energy healer Lauralee Kelly; lymphatic masseuse Marina Baratashvili at Elements in Sag Harbor; Annie Kim of Head Spa by Scarlett Rose with locations in Sag Harbor and Greenport; Arōe for mobile IV therapy; Kate Kavanaugh with yoga and Thai massage; and Wave in Southampton, curated by Lisa Zaloga.
