CULTSP PRO Opens Call for 130 m² Graffiti at Complexo Cultural Oswald de Andrade in Bom Retiro

• CULTSP PRO, a program of the Secretaria da Cultura, Economia e Indústria Criativas do Estado de São Paulo, opened registrations for a graffiti project at the Complexo Cultural Oswald de Andrade in Bom Retiro.
• The selected artist or collective will receive R$ 20.150 for a mural of approximately 130 m² on the complex's external wall along Rua Correia de Melo.
• Applications run from 7 to 20 October 2026.
• The proposal must address Bom Retiro's historical and cultural formation and represent at least three ethnic groups linked to the neighborhood's social construction.
• The project must dialogue with CULTSP PRO training areas including performing arts, music, audiovisual, games, design, photography, gastronomy, sustainable fashion, cultural management and entrepreneurship.
• Individual applicants must be over 18; collectives need at least two members, a CNPJ with compatible economic activity, and a designated representative; only one proposal per proponent is allowed.
• The graffiti is scheduled for 6 to 19 November, after the final result is announced.
• Up to five additional proponents may join the 2ª Feira de Arte Urbana between November and December 2026, each paid R$ 2.000 for a live canvas painting, with materials provided and finished works entering the CULTSP PRO collection.
