Contemporary Family Home Integrates Historic Log Structure on North Sea Coast

In 2023, the architectural firm Hoem + Folstad Arkitekter completed a residential project known as The Prairie House, situated on a coastal plain near the North Sea. The design centers around an existing log house, which serves as the foundational element for a new detached home intended for a young family with small children. Curated by Hadir Al Koshta, the project was documented through photographs by Knut Folstad.
