Contemporary Art Initiative Reaches Over 1,500 Public School Students in Brazil

The TeArt Institute's Enredar project brings contemporary art to public schools in Brazil, impacting more than 1,500 students in Brasília and Recife during its first year. The initiative involved 71 schools and 469 teachers through workshops, exhibition visits, and teacher training programs. Artists including Bruno Vilela, Bozó Bacamarte, and Siron Franco participated, connecting artistic practice with local issues like pollution and cultural identity. The program will expand to São Paulo in the second half of 2026, aiming to increase access to contemporary art in educational settings.
