Colorlib Ranks 9 Free Bakery WordPress Themes for Cake Shops and Cafés
On September 10, 2026, Colorlib released a compilation featuring nine complimentary and five premium WordPress themes tailored for bakeries, cake shops, and cafés. These themes were evaluated on a clean WordPress installation utilizing Google Lighthouse for mobile performance. The top free choice is Astra's Cake Shop starter, while Bakery and Pastry boasts the highest installation rate with around two thousand users. Bakes and Cakes holds a 4.7 rating, and Restaurant Recipe achieves a score of 4.9. Kadence is recognized as the lightest theme, and Zakra's Cafe starter offers free builders. Among the paid selections are Cake Bakery, the leading seller with over four thousand copies, along with Justshop, Baker, Dolcino, and Divi.
