Claudio Orlandi's 'Ultimate Landscapes' Exhibition at Museo Alto Garda Documents Glacier Decline

The MAG - Museo Alto Garda is presenting 'Ultimate Landscapes. L’illusione del ghiaccio,' a major exhibition featuring the photographic work of Claudio Orlandi. The Roman photographer has been documenting irreversible glacier transformations since 2008, creating visual narratives about climate change. The exhibition, curated by Matteo Rapanà and Alessia Locatelli, runs from November 29, 2025, to June 14, 2026, at the museum in Riva del Garda. Orlandi's project explores covered glaciers across Europe, including sites in Italy, Germany, and Switzerland, with scientific contributions from glaciologist Claudio Smiraglia. The artist collaborates with sound designer Alessio Mosti and is represented by Galleria E3 in Brescia.
