In Greece, locations included Nestor's Cave (Cyclops scene), Voidokilia Beach (shipwreck), Methoni Castle, Acrocorinth fortress (palace of Ithaca), and Pylos harbor. Malta's coast was used for open-water scenes; Gozo island is linked to Calypso's Cave. Scotland's Moray Firth coast, including Burghead, Findlater Castle, and Culbin Forest, served as dramatic landscapes. Iceland's highlands and glaciers, notably Jökulsárlón, were used for otherworldly imagery. Morocco's Ait Ben Haddou stood in for Troy, and Essaouira's shores represented Poseidon's wrath. The film releases July 17.
