economy-finance · 2026-07-08

More than 20 Chinese printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturers, including Victory Giant Technology, WUS Printed Circuit, Shennan Circuits, and Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing, have disclosed aggressive capacity expansion plans in the first half of the year. The companies are investing hundreds of millions of dollars per project to build high-end plants, marking one of the most intense growth phases for the sector. The surge is driven by demand for advanced boards used in AI servers. Victory Giant, based in Huizhou, Guangdong, increased its first-quarter capital expenditure to 3.6 billion yuan ($530 million) from 730.1 million yuan a year earlier. WUS Printed Circuit, based in Kunshan, Jiangsu, more than doubled its first-quarter capex to 1.5 billion yuan from 658.1 million yuan.
