Chaumont-sur-Loire Launches 2026 Art Season Focused on Blue Theme

The Domaine de Chaumont-sur-Loire has inaugurated its 2026 Art Season, running from March 29 to November 1, 2026. This edition centers on the color blue as its thematic focus, exploring various interpretations including sky, night, and contemplation. Twelve contemporary artists participate in an immersive exhibition designed as a contemplative journey through the historic estate. Marc Desgrandchamps presents fragmented landscapes in the Galeries Hautes, while Claudio Parmiggiani creates phantom library installations using smoke. Pascal Convert transforms the Tour de Diane into a memorial space. Other featured artists include Antonio Crespo Foix with taut forms, Eugène Dodeigne with powerful figures, and Evi Keller with vibrating surfaces. The exhibition also includes works by Astrid de la Forest, Anaïs Lelièvre, Janine Thüngen-Reichenbach, Ghyslain Bertholon, and Bernard Pagès.
