Chadwick Boseman's brothers sue widow over estate

Chadwick Boseman's brothers, Derrick and Kevin, have filed a petition in a Los Angeles court to remove his widow, Taylor Simone Ledward, as administrator of his estate, alleging mishandling of funds and lack of transparency. Boseman died in 2020 at age 43 from colon cancer, leaving assets worth $3.8 million without a will. A court previously awarded 50% to Ledward and 25% each to his parents. The brothers claim Ledward has not distributed the estate and exerts unilateral control, causing harm to their elderly parents. Ledward, an R&B artist known as Sahn, married Boseman six days before his death. The petition seeks distribution of assets and removal of Ledward as controller.
