Hong Kong-based artist Celine Chan has established herself as a leading figure in contemporary paper quilling, transforming the traditional craft into a medium for historical reflection and emotional expression. Her work, which blends Eastern symbolism with modern aesthetics, has gained recognition from international collectors.
