CCA Andratx Presents Collective Exhibition Exploring Visitor Engagement with Art Spaces

CCA Andratx will open the group exhibition 'Bringing It All Back Home' on March 31, curated by Francesco Giaveri. The show features sixteen artists including Karin Fisslthaler, Gary Hill, Ismar Čirkinagić, and Gernot Wieland, alongside works from the center's collection. Giaveri conceptualizes the exhibition as an inhabitable environment where visitor presence and duration become active components of the experience. This approach aims to foster resistance against contemporary cultural acceleration by encouraging slower, more engaged viewing. The exhibition reflects CCA Andratx's dual role as both exhibition venue and artist residency program, incorporating pieces created during recent residencies.
