Catania Hotel Transformed into Contemporary Art Space for Agata On The Road 2026 Exhibition
The OELLE Mediterraneo Antico Foundation presents 'Agata On The Road 2026 – Ritorno a Casa,' the sixth edition of a project exploring memory and contemporary expression. This exhibition occupies three floors of the Four Points by Sheraton Catania, converting hotel corridors, rooms, and suites into an immersive art experience. Featured works include Alfredo Pirri's permanent installation 'Passi 2026' in suite 101, Carmela De Falco's award-winning sculpture 'Dentro Fuori n.1,' and Antonio Vasquez's specially mentioned photographic series 'Rélìgo.' The project marks the 900th anniversary of Saint Agatha's relics returning to Catania, reimagining the concept of home as a reflective space. Foundation president Ornella Laneri describes it as an act of awareness where memory generates new visions.
