Castello di Rivoli's Ouverture 2024 Marks 40th Anniversary with Collection-Focused Show

The Castello di Rivoli Museo d’Arte Contemporanea in Rivoli-Torino, Italy, is celebrating its 40th anniversary with an exhibition titled 'Ouverture 2024,' which is scheduled to open in late 2024. Curators Marcella Beccaria and Francesco Manacorda are revisiting an exhibition originally held in 1984 by Rudi Fuchs. This new show features works from the museum's 2000s collection along with selected loans. The first floor will examine ecological themes and interspecies empathy through pieces by artists like Ingela Ihrman and Roni Horn, while the second floor will tackle food and pollution issues with contributions from Cooking Sections and Anna Boghiguian, aiming to reshape the concept of a museum in the 21st century.
