Casa Naman Hospitality Concept Opens in Rome with Three Apartments Overlooking Piazza di Spagna

Casa Naman, a new hospitality concept, has launched in Rome with three apartments offering views of Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps. The property was redesigned by Milanese architecture firm 13.1 Architecture & Decor for founders Joshua and Gabriel Naman of Naman Hotellerie. The three-floor residence includes apartments named Janus, Aeneas, and Vesta, each with distinct interiors but unified design vision. A wellness area called Otium features a sauna, Turkish bath, and panoramic terrace. The design incorporates art collections, custom furnishings, and materials referencing Roman history while respecting the 18th-century building's original structure.
