architecture-design · 2026-06-29

Casa Nam Da, designed by 24Minimalist Architecture, is a 105 m² house located in Nam Da commune, Lam Dong Province, Vietnam. The project was completed in 2025 and led by architect Nguyen Thanh Phuc, with a design team including Nguyen Hoang Long and Vang Anh Quoc. The site sits behind the owner's parents' house within a multigenerational family compound, resulting in limited natural light, ventilation, and views. Its west orientation exposes it to intense afternoon sun. Built on a modest budget, the construction relied heavily on local artisans. Materials and products used include Dulux, Hafele, and Vicostone. Photographs were taken by Quang Dam. The project was curated by Miwa Negoro.
