Casa LM Residential Project by Aybar Maino and Dipre Mazza in Argentine Pampas

Architects Guido Aybar Maino and Eduardo Dipre Mazza have completed Casa LM, a residential structure situated in the Pampas plains near Rosario, Argentina. The 220-square-meter house is located in Empalme Villa Constitución, a suburban neighborhood characterized by low-rise homes and stone-paved streets. Positioned along the Paraná River, the design responds to the tranquil pace of local life with architecture that integrates quietly into its surroundings. The project was finished in 2025, with photography handled by Walter Salcedo. Curatorial input was provided by Valentina Díaz. The residence represents a contemporary approach to suburban living in Argentina's Pampas region, emphasizing harmony with the natural landscape and existing community fabric.
