Care of Studio Director Renovates Victorian Terrace as Family Home in Sydney

Jaime Bligh, the director of Care Of Studio, has revitalized a Victorian terrace house in Annandale, Sydney, known as Luise's Terrace, named after its previous owner. She maintained the original structure and layout of the home, making minor room adjustments for her family, which includes her partner, their two children, and two cats, Tabitha and Tiggy Winkle. Aside from a 1970s extension, the house retains most of its original features, such as intricate mouldings, hardwood floors, and a modern kitchen featuring Calacutta Viola marble countertops. Renovations also introduced a new family bathroom with teal fixtures and a ground-floor bathroom adorned with glossy tiles. Bligh gradually acquired furniture, viewing the home as a work in progress.
