Canon's Children's Book Features Aliens Explaining Camera Tech

Canon Inc. has published a bizarre children's booklet titled "The Secret of Canon Star," available as a PDF on its website. The story follows two school children who travel to Canon's planet, meeting anthropomorphic products like a walking camera with a lens face and a caterpillar-printer with CMYK ink. The booklet covers Canon's cameras, robots, semiconductors, image sensors, and lenses, explaining how light is focused onto a CMOS sensor to create digital photos. It also highlights Canon's ability to track moving subjects and capture clear images in challenging conditions.
