C3A Andalucía Opens 2026-2027 Artistic Residency Call

The Centro de Creación Contemporánea de Andalucía (C3A), under the Consejería de Cultura y Deporte, has launched its artistic residency call for 2026-2027. The program targets Andalusian, national, and international artists, offering creative, research, and innovation residencies across all contemporary art disciplines. Residencies last three to six months, with a maximum subsidy of €7,000 per residency. Eligible applicants include individuals, associations, and non-profit legal entities. Applications must be submitted from July 14 to August 13, 2026, via the Junta de Andalucía's electronic registry or other official channels. Evaluation criteria include project innovation (up to 60 points), connection to Andalusian cultural reality (up to 20 points), gender equality promotion (up to 5 points), and applicant's artistic profile (up to 40 points). A responsible person appointed by the CAAC director will oversee each residency. Expenses covered include beneficiary fees (up to 50% of subsidy), materials, equipment rental, space adaptation, technical staff, travel, accommodation, and accident insurance.
