Bruce Lee's final film 'Enter the Dragon' explored in new Arte documentary

Arte will air a documentary titled 'Opération dragon : la révolution Bruce Lee' directed by Marc Ball, chronicling the making of Bruce Lee's last feature film 'Enter the Dragon' (1973), directed by Robert Clouse. The film, an American production shot in Hong Kong, follows Lee as a Shaolin Temple monk recruited by police to infiltrate a martial arts tournament run by Han, an ex-monk involved in opium and human trafficking. Lee's mission turns personal when he learns Han's men drove his sister to suicide. The documentary traces the film's tumultuous production and Lee's struggle to break into Hollywood. The broadcast is scheduled for June 6, 2026. The segment also includes a report by Loïc Pialat on Marilyn Monroe's centenary commemorations.
