Brian Alfred's World Cup-timed exhibition 'Plus Ultra' at Miles McEnery Gallery
Miles McEnery Gallery presents Brian Alfred's seventh solo exhibition, 'Plus Ultra,' timed to coincide with the 2026 FIFA World Cup hosted across North America, with the final in the New York area. The exhibition features new paintings and an animation exploring sports imagery and spectacle. Alfred collaborated with Adidas, a FIFA World Cup partner, to create a limited edition soccer jersey (edition of 75) with customizable patches. Each jersey purchase includes a complimentary zine. GRIMM Artisanal Ales is also involved.
