Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture Opens Collaborative New York Headquarters in Chinatown

Architecture firm Bonetti/Kozerski has established a new headquarters in New York's Chinatown, marking a significant shift after 23 years in SoHo. Founded by Enrico Bonetti and Dominic Kozerski over 25 years ago, the practice has designed notable projects including Pace Gallery's New York headquarters, Tod's boutiques, Edition hotels worldwide, and residences for clients like Rick Rubin and Donna Karan. The 510-square-meter workspace, located in a midcentury building on the Bowery, emphasizes collaboration through an open layout with multiple pathways, long work tables, and designated areas for meetings and materials. The design features a 23-meter-long window overlooking the Manhattan Bridge, a monochromatic color scheme with matte black ceilings and white floors, and custom furnishings. The move aims to foster creative exchange in an emerging artistic district.
