Bolzan, an Italian furniture company, has introduced a renewed collection of beds emphasizing sustainable materials and artisanal production. The brand's initiative, titled 'Weaving Tomorrow,' integrates natural materials and environmentally conscious manufacturing across its entire product range. Three specific models exemplify this approach: Tata features a sinuous solid wood structure fully upholstered in leather with concealed feet creating a floating effect; Jack-e, designed by Zanellato/Bortotto, uses ash wood with fabric or leather upholstery and includes a decorative variant with handwoven paper cord; Rosary, created by designer India Mahdavi, incorporates a velvet-padded headboard adorned with glazed ceramic rings. Bolzan emphasizes meticulous material selection including PEFC-certified three-layer solid wood, water-based paints, and natural padding materials like coconut fiber and wool. The company maintains in-house oversight of production by specialists including carpenters, upholsterers, and artisans.
