Bodywork Workshop at 66P Explores Safety and Memory in Kępa Mieszczańska

Agnieszka Gotowała will lead a bodywork workshop titled 'Safety' at 66P STAJNIA in Wrocław, Poland, as part of the 'KĘPA MIESZCZAŃSKA. FROM NEEDS TO CULTURE' educational cycle. The workshop combines somatic practice, bodywork, and art to explore inner resources for solace, using the multi-layered history of Kępa Mieszczańska—once a military area with barracks and a garrison bakery—as a starting point. The session will focus on bodily presence, movement, visualization, and nature-inspired practices to deepen sensation and uncover creative potential. It is open to all, no prior experience required.
