Béla Bezold Creates Nature-Inspired Sculptural Eyewear Through ITURA Studio

Artist and designer Béla Bezold produces sculptural eyewear that draws inspiration from natural phenomena like lava and concepts of symbiosis between nature and human-made objects. A graduate of Design Academy Eindhoven, Bezold founded his studio ITURA to create what he terms 'nature-inspired art.' His work has been featured in exhibitions, including a recent presentation at Van Abbe Museum. Bezold's design philosophy centers on challenging the imbalance between natural evolution and human creation, using glasses as a medium to explore perception and self-presentation. He is currently preparing to release a limited batch of 3D-printed metal sunglasses available for purchase, with plans to include accessibility through raffles for each collection.
