Beachman unveils Aviator electric motorbike in three configurations

Beachman Bikes, a Toronto-based company, has introduced the Aviator, a line of three electric motorbikes inspired by 1950s and 1960s café racers. The lineup includes a Class 2 E-Bike (top speed 20mph on road, 35mph off-road; range 55 or 80 miles), a Light Motorcycle (45mph, requiring license and registration in North America), and a forthcoming flagship performance version equivalent to a 125cc motorcycle (125-mile range, highway speeds). The E-Bike starts at US$5,499, the Light Motorcycle at US$5,999. Co-founders Ben Taylor and Steve Payne (founded 2016) designed an all-new frame with upright riding position, built-in lockable storage (replacing the fuel tank), leather saddle, minimal controls, and optional retro color customization. The bikes avoid screens and apps for a pure riding experience, with integral theft protection. Taylor emphasized the goal of creating beautiful, approachable machines that combine craftsmanship with modern electric technology.
