The BBVA Stadium in Monterrey, Mexico, represents a significant architectural project featured in Glocal Design Magazine's 87th edition, which highlights notable Mexican architecture and interior design from 2025. Designed through a collaboration between VFO Arquitectos and the international firm Populous, the stadium's architecture emerges from a dialogue between local and global influences. Its asymmetrical form intentionally references the Cerro de la Silla, a prominent Monterrey landmark, integrating the structure visually into the surrounding landscape. The design incorporates industrial materials like steel, metal, and glass, reflecting the productive history of Nuevo León.
