BAT Bilbao Architecture Team Designs Wooden Duplex Redefining Domestic Luxury Through Light and Landscape
The Vivienda IB project, completed in 2025, is a wooden duplex created by the BAT Bilbao Architecture Team, emphasizing luxury through spaciousness, light, and a seamless connection to the surrounding landscape. Valentina Díaz curated the design, which encompasses 910 square meters and features interior work by BAT Home Design. Architectural direction was led by Peru Cañada and Xabier Arranz, with design input from Martín García and Marta Artamendi. Technical supervision was provided by Julio Cuevas, Juan Carlos Mondelo, and José Antonio Capelán. Comoser Obras managed civil engineering, while electrical and mechanical systems were overseen by Teknolux and Efiner, respectively. General construction was carried out by Loroño, utilizing products from suppliers like & Tradition and Saltoki Home. Aitor Estévez captured the project in photographs.
