Avoice launches AI agents to automate architecture studio operations

San Francisco and London-based startup Avoice has launched what it claims are the world's first AI agents designed to run the operational side of an architecture studio. The platform is structured into three products: Avoice Delivery handles specification writing and drawing reviews; Avoice Projects manages tasks, schedules, and team coordination; and Avoice Practice deals with project finances, invoicing, timesheets, and studio-wide reporting. Co-founder Chawin Asavasaetakul said the AI conversation in architecture has focused on image generation while the actual work of delivering buildings has been neglected. The platform replaces multiple disconnected tools such as Gmail, spreadsheets, and PDFs with a single AI-powered system that automatically updates schedules, drawings, and budgets when specifications change. Avoice is backed by Y Combinator, the accelerator behind Airbnb and Dropbox.
