Aspen's Summer 2026 Luxury Openings: Moncler, Chanel, FoundRae, and New Restaurants

Aspen's summer season is marked by a wave of luxury retail and dining openings. Moncler Grenoble launched its first U.S. flagship on East Hyman, a 2,690-square-foot space designed by Küchel Architects with a cave-like entrance and circular display bays. The brand also partnered with Hotel Jerome for guided hikes with custom merch. Chanel opened a 2,693-square-foot boutique on East Hyman featuring a fireplace and stone accents, now showcasing Matthieu Blazy's Métiers d'art collection. FoundRae established a permanent jewelry showroom with emerald green walls and quilted leather panels. On the dining scene, Ludo Lefebvre's Petit Trois opened its first location outside Los Angeles at the Mollie hotel, introducing lunch service and expanded outdoor seating. White Elephant hotel debuted its third outpost with 54 keys, a pool, and LoLa 41 restaurant. Rubirosa brought its New York-style Italian to the base of Aspen Mountain at the Residences at Little Nell. Golden Horn, named after a 1949 establishment, opened a subterranean gastropub on East Cooper with reclaimed materials, a 24-foot bar, and a Mug Club.
