This multiprogram complex integrates offices, residential units, a hotel, commercial spaces, and shared services in a single urban framework. The project is part of a broader 2020 master plan by Carlo Ratti Associati for the district's expansion. Situated on approximately 70,000 square meters of land, it aims for around 180,000 square meters of built area, with an estimated 150,000 square meters expected to be completed by 2030.
