Approved Residential Development with Park-and-Ride Facility in Warsaw's Kabaty District

The Warsaw municipal council has approved a residential development project in the Kabaty district, designed by architecture firm WWAA. The project will replace a former Tesco hypermarket site with a mixed-use complex featuring nine residential buildings containing 410 apartments, commercial spaces, underground parking, and a public plaza. Developer Archicom, part of Echo Investment Group, submitted the application in November 2025, with authorization granted in February 2026. The design emphasizes integration with the urban fabric through active ground floors, green courtyards, and a park-and-ride facility with 145 spaces transferred to the city. This development represents strategic urban planning focused on transit-oriented density rather than peripheral expansion.
