AMDL Circle and Michele De Lucchi Present 'Tracce di Cura' Installation at University of Milan

An architectural installation titled 'Tracce di Cura' has been created by AMDL Circle, inspired by Michele De Lucchi's Ideographic Architectures. The project is located in the Courtyard of Honor at the University of Milan. The installation functions as a small, walkable structure with an entrance, exit, and four junction points that contain display niches. Visitors navigate through the space, encountering works gradually in an experience designed to foster engagement with the environment. The narrative explores contrasts between materials: precise composite aluminum surfaces and hand-sculpted plaster sculptures. Within the niches, female silhouettes appear, inspired by sketches from Masahiko Cubo, which were created using traditional Japanese drawing methods. These forms suggest themes of freedom and self-care. The structure itself consists of a wooden frame covered with white Alucobond panels, while the niches feature burgundy finishes. The project is presented in collaboration with Zambon, highlighting the company's focus on women's well-being. A lithograph by Michele De Lucchi titled 'ArchitetturaIdeografica 3' is also part of the presentation.
