She acquired the home in early 2011 from Adam Brody for $1.85 million, and it was formerly owned by Fred Durst. Constructed in 1916 and renovated by Seyfried, the property boasts three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional powder room within approximately 2,700 square feet. The interior features dark hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, and a blue-and-white themed kitchen.
