Alejandra Pizarnik's Complete Poetry Published by Crocetti Editore

Crocetti editore has released Poesia completa, the complete verse works of Argentine poet Alejandra Pizarnik, in a 2026 edition edited by Matteo Lefévre with an accompanying text by Concita De Gregorio. The volume gathers Pizarnik's poetry collections in sequence, presented as a symphony performed from first movement to last. Its index includes La terra più estranea (1955), Un segno nella tua ombra, L'ultima innocenza (1956), Le avventure perdute (1958), Albero di Diana (1962), Altre poesie (1959), Le opere e le notti (1965), Estrazione della pietra della follia (1968), L'inferno musicale (1971), Poesie non raccolte in volume. 1956-1960, and I piccoli canti. Reviewing the book for Doppiozero, Marco Ercolani and Anita Romanello note that knowing a poet's entire opus is not always indispensable, and that reading this volume invites imagining further unpublished Pizarnik material — poems, diaries, fragments, notes, letters — since a poet's universe, ramified and ungraspable, resists the idea of a total project.
