AICA Italy Presents Reforms, Klimt Exhibition, and Solidarity with Eugenio Viola at Paris Board Meeting

The AICA International Board Meeting took place on 22 May 2026 at the Institut Français in Paris, under the leadership of International President Małgorzata Kaźmierczak. During the meeting, Gabriele Romeo, President of AICA Italy, highlighted four significant achievements: the ratification of a ten-point Code of Ethics in January 2026, the creation of a Scientific Committee co-chaired by Lorella Giudici and Cristina Trivellin, the confirmation of an executive board featuring Laura Valle as Secretary General and Diego Repetto as Treasurer, and the introduction of the AICA Italia AWARD. Additionally, a working group led by Pedro Medina Reinón and Maria Vittoria Pinotti was established to formulate a Code of Best Practice. Earlier, on 19 April 2026, AICA Italy co-hosted a conference on Klimt at Palazzo Muratori-Cravetta.
