80 classic cars including Facel Vega HKII at Osenat Summer Sale

On June 29th, Osenat Auctions will showcase 80 vintage automobiles during its Summer Sale in Fontainebleau. Among the highlights is a Facel Vega HKII, the same model that belonged to Ringo Starr in 1962. This vehicle is part of a private collection that includes three cars, all restored to concours standards. Renowned designer Jean Daninos described the Facel II as "the epitome of elegance," with only 180 units produced. It is equipped with a 6.3-liter Chrysler Typhoon TY8 V8 engine, achieving a maximum speed of 240 km/h. The restoration has cost approximately €259,000, and the HKII was previously displayed at Retromobile in Paris, with Louis de Russe from Osenat involved in the sale.
