Zuza Golińska wins first ArtePrize with $15,000 award and Delfina Foundation residency

Polish artist Zuza Golińska has become the inaugural winner of the ArtePrize, receiving a $15,000 cash prize and a three-month residency at Delfina Foundation. The award was established by social sharing platform ArteVue, requiring submissions exclusively through its app. Golińska was selected from four shortlisted artists whose works remain on view at Delfina Foundation through January 27. The jury was chaired by Delfina Foundation director Aaron Cezar and included Tate Research Centre curator Nada Raza, Unit Gallery founder Joe Kennedy, artist Rana Begum, and ArteVue founder Shohidul Ahad-Choudhury. Fellow shortlisted artists were Sahil Naik, Kiah Reading, and Lukas Zerbst.
