Yves Klein: un poco de infinito at Fundación Juan March Palma

The Fundación Juan March Palma is presenting an exhibition dedicated to French artist Yves Klein (1928–1962), named 'Yves Klein: un poco de infinito.' This showcase features more than twenty pieces sourced from IVAM, Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, and private collections. It emphasizes Klein's significant series, such as his monochromes and anthropometries, along with his iconic blue pigment pool. Guest curator Cristina Carrillo de Albornoz delves into Klein's connections to Spain, where he lived during the 1950s, incorporating materials like his travel diary. His time in Spain shaped his fascination with jazz, literature, and Zen philosophy. The exhibition is open from June 2 to September 26, 2026, in Palma, before moving to Cuenca from October 29, 2026, to January 31, 2027.
