Yuri Ancarani's Short Film 'Il Tappeto Verde' for Artissima Junior

Yuri Ancarani has created a short film titled 'Il Tappeto Verde' for Artissima Junior, the educational section of the Artissima fair. The film responds to the 31st edition's theme 'The Era of Daydreaming' (November 1–3, 2024). Its title references both a magic carpet from fairy tales and the green of a football pitch, symbolizing a space for dreams and possibilities. The short features former Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio and is set at the Allianz Stadium. Ancarani, who also appeared at the Giffoni Film Festival last summer, emphasized the importance of drawing and imagination for children, stating that artists help reveal hidden realities. The film explores children's innate ability to dream big and the responsibility of adults to nurture those dreams.
