Yuri Ancarani's 'Atlantide' Soundtrack Released on Digital Platforms
The soundtrack for Yuri Ancarani's film 'Atlantide' will be released on all digital platforms by Carosello Records starting June 11, 2025. The film, a 105-minute 'video clip' shot without a script over four years, documents the lives of marginalized teenagers in Venice's lagoon, focusing on Daniele's violent initiation. The music blends trap and urban sounds with symphonic elements, created by Sick Luke (Luca Antonio Barker), Lorenzo Senni, and Francesco Fantini. Sick Luke handled electronic components, while Senni and Fantini composed the symphonic parts, having previously collaborated with Ancarani on 'The Challenge'. The soundtrack includes 20 tracks, featuring contributions from sound designer Mirco Mencacci and Sick Luke with Flavio De Luca on 'Vivere'. Ancarani noted that Flavio De Luca's lyrics reflect the film's antihero theme. The physical limited edition is distributed by Dugong Films in collaboration with Carosello Records and Warp Records.
