Youssef Nabil Receives French Order of Arts and Letters Knighthood
Youssef Nabil has just been recognized as a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters by France's Ministry of Culture. Rima Abdul Malak, the Culture Minister, presented this honor, with Marina Abramović, another renowned artist, handing over the medallion. This marks the second time Nabil has received this award, the first being in November 2022. The Order of Arts and Letters celebrates significant contributions to art and literature from both French and international figures. It has three tiers—Knight, Officer, and Commander—and the awards are given out three times a year: in summer, winter, and spring.
