Young Photographers Allowed to Cover Soccer Final After Age Ban Reversed

Two teenage photographers in the U.K., Matt (14) and Jenson (16), were initially barred from covering the Norfolk Senior Cup final due to their age, but after a public outcry and an appeal by Dereham Town FC, the Norfolk FA reversed its decision. The photographers, who have been documenting Dereham Town's season, will now be allowed to shoot the final against Mulbarton Wanderers F.C. on Sunday, provided they are accompanied by a chaperone. Dereham Town chairman Daniel McIlwrath praised the boys' dedication and called for equal opportunities for young photographers. The Norfolk FA cited safeguarding policies as the original reason for the ban.
