Yorgos Lanthimos' 'Kinds of Kindness' Trailer Released with Stone and Dafoe

Yorgos Lanthimos has released the trailer for his new film 'Kinds of Kindness', a triptych following two men and one woman. The film stars Emma Stone, Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley, Jesse Plemons, Hong Chau, Joe Alwyn, Mamoudou Athie, and Hunter Schafer in a cameo. It will be released in US theaters on June 21, 2024, distributed by Searchlight Pictures. The official synopsis reveals three stories: a man without choice seeking control, a policeman alarmed by his wife's return after disappearing at sea, and a woman determined to find someone with a special ability destined to become a spiritual leader. The trailer features a voiceover saying 'This is a moment of truth' and a version of 'Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)'. Lanthimos previously won four Oscars for 'Poor Things' (Best Actress, Best Production Design, Best Costume Design, Best Makeup and Hairstyling).
