Yeesookyung's Italian Debut at Madre and Capodimonte

South Korean artist Yeesookyung, born in 1963, is showcasing her inaugural solo exhibition in Italy, titled 'Whisper Only to You,' across two locations in Naples: the Madre museum and Real Bosco di Capodimonte. This exhibition, which began in December 2019, focuses on themes of regeneration, spirituality, and materiality. Visitors at the Madre can experience dynamic video art featuring striking red hues and thought-provoking audio content. Notable works include ‘Past Life Regression Painting_Saint,’ and the prominent ‘Moonlight Crown’ series. Capodimonte will also display the evolving 'Translated Vase' collection and site-specific installations 'TVSN 1 & 2.'
