Yashica has announced the Funtastic, an ultra-compact keychain camera that closely resembles the Kodak Charmera and its knockoffs. The Chinese company describes it as a functional camera and wearable fashion accessory. It features a 1-megapixel Type 1/4 image sensor, a 3.2mm lens, fixed 1/125s shutter speed, and records 1440p video at 30fps. The camera has a 180-degree flip screen for selfies. Four editions are available: two Peanuts-themed (Snoopy's Summit Edition and Snoopy Sweet Dreams Home Edition), a Hello Kitty version, and a Yashica Boy edition. Each weighs 22 grams and measures 6.3 x 2.2 x 2.5 cm. Priced at $198 HKD (about $25 USD), the Funtastic is available now through Yashica and authorized retailers.
