Winter Art Exhibitions in the Dolomites: Neo Pop, Etruscan Influence, and Anthropocene
The Dolomites region has announced a cultural lineup for the winter of 2024-2025. The Museo d'Arte Moderna Mario Rimoldi in Cortina d'Ampezzo is currently displaying 'Neo Pop: perenne metamorfosi di un mito' until April 21, 2025, featuring the works of 15 international artists. Rovereto's Mart is showcasing 'Etruschi del Novecento', which explores Etruscan influences on 20th-century culture. Additionally, the Museo della Città is hosting 'Fili di Seta'. In Ala, Palazzo Taddei opens its piano nobile on weekends through December 22. Trento's MUSE features 'Collezione Antropocene' until January 19, 2025. The Castello del Buonconsiglio marks its centenary with 'Omaggio alle arti', while the Gallerie di Trento presents the second part of a trilogy on sports history, leading up to the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympics.
