Winter 2024 Showcases Immersive Art from Kusama Retrospective to AI Landscapes

Aesthetica Magazine has showcased ten captivating art exhibitions for the winter of 2024. From 15 December to 21 April, the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne will host Yayoi Kusama's extensive survey, featuring nearly 200 pieces. Dia Art Foundation in Beacon will present Keith Sonnier's first posthumous exhibition in the U.S., highlighting his neon works from 1968-1970. Tate Modern's Electric Dreams, which examines pre-internet digital art, runs until 1 June. Gazelli Art House in Baku opened Parallel Worlds in November, showcasing AI landscapes until 31 January. Other notable exhibitions include Shuang Li's The Distance of the Moon at Prada Rong Zhai, Shanghai, until 12 January, and Doug Aitken's Lightscape at Marciano Art Foundation, Los Angeles, from 17 December to 15 March. Living Structures at Louisiana Museum, Denmark, continues until 23 March, while Chila Kumari Singh Burman's exhibition at Compton Verney is available until 26 January. Chiharu Shiota's show at Grand Palais Éphémère, Paris, runs from 11 December to 19 March, and Lunar Ensemble by Petrit Halilaj and Álvaro Urbano at MACBA, Barcelona, is on view until 12 January.
