White Noise Gallery relocates to Rome's art district, opens with Santissimi show
White Noise Gallery, founded in 2014 by Carlo Maria Lolli Ghetti and Eleonora Aloise, is moving from via dei Marsi in San Lorenzo to via della Seggiola, in the heart of Rome's contemporary art quadrilateral. The new space features two exhibition rooms, one with skylights, and a small underground room with a Roman mosaic. The gallery's programming will shift towards installation-based, contemporary, and conceptual art, collaborating with international artists. The inaugural exhibition, 'Rebirth,' opens March 24, featuring the Sardinian duo Santissimi (Sara Renzetti and Antonello Serra), known for silicone and resin sculptures exploring the body as a vessel for individual and collective memory. The move reflects Rome's resurgence as a contemporary art hub, with new spaces like Fòndaco, Musia, Howtan space, and the upcoming Palazzo Cerasi. White Noise recently participated in JustMad fair in Madrid, presenting works by Mar Hernandez, Lee Madgwich, and Isabel Alonso. Future exhibitions include solo shows by Sacha Turchi and Michele Gabriele, and ongoing collaborations with Jesus Herrera Martinez and Cristiano Carotti.
